摘要
介绍了在强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂存在下,以苯氧乙酸、烯丙醇为原料合成苯氧基乙酸烯丙酯的方法。考察了带水剂品种、带水剂用量、反应时间,原料摩尔比,催化剂用量等条件对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在反应温度90~95℃,反应时间3 h,苯氧乙酸与烯丙醇摩尔比0.1:0.13,带水剂环己烷用量30 mL,催化剂强酸性阳离子交换树脂用量为1.5 g的优化条件下,苯氧基乙酸烯丙酯的收率可达97.29%,产品纯度98.5%以上。催化剂不经处理可循环使用多次,并具有价廉易得、催化活性好、不腐蚀设备、无环境污染等优点。
The method to synthesize allyl phenoxy acetate by reaction of phenoxyacetic acid and allyl alcohol in the presence of strongly acidic cation exchange resin was introduced. The effects of reaction conditions including variety and amount of water - carrying agent ,reaction time ,molar ratio of materials, and the dosage of catalyst on yield of product were examined. The result showed that the yield of allyl phenoxy acetate could reach 97.29% and the purity of product was over 98.5% under the optimum conditions as follows: reaction temperature 90 -95 ℃, reaction time 3 hours ,n( phenoxyacetic acid) :n( allyl alcohol) = 0. 1:0. 13, the amount of cyclohexane as water carrying agent and strongly acidic cation exchange resin 30mL and 1.5 g respectively. The catalyst could be repeatedly used without treatment with the charateristic in easy preparation, low cost , high activity, no corrosion and no environmental pollution.
