摘要 多年来国内研制的真空管雷达发射机取得了较大的进展,工作频率从P波段覆盖到Ka波段,平均功率从几百瓦到几十千瓦。未来的真空管发射机向高频段、大功率、宽带能力、高可靠性、超小体积重量等方向发展。文中回顾了近年来国内真空管雷达发射机的研制情况,重点介绍了未来需重点发展的大功率毫米波雷达发射机、大功率速调管发射机、大功率多注速调管发射机、微波功率模块、机载大功率火控雷达发射机及新体制、新管型发射机的进展及发展趋势。 The great progress has been made in the domestic vacuum tube radar transmitter developed for many years, as the operating frequency covering from P-band to Ka-band, and also the average power reaching several hundred watt to several ten kilowatt. The future vacuum tube transmitter is developing toward high frequency, high power and high reliability gradually, and also with the super light weight, extra small size and wide bandwidth advantages. The development situation in recent years of the domestic vacuum tube radar transmitter is reviewed in the paper. The progress and the trend of the development priorities of the high power millimeter wave radar transmitter, the high power klystron transmitter, the high power multi-beam klystron transmitter, the microwave power module, the high power airborne fire control radar transmitter, the new system and new tube type transmitter are emphatically introduced.
