摘要
以铁矿尾矿、页岩为主要原料,通过添加粘结剂、助熔剂、发泡剂制备了多孔保温材料。通过X射线衍射分析材料相结构、扫描电镜观测微观结构、电子探针检测微观结构点成分,结果表明,该保温材料主相为非晶玻璃相,材料的孔径大小均匀且孔分布均匀。检测该保温板材基本物理性能、力学性能、热工性能等,结果表明,该保温板材综合性能优越,是一种绿色节能的高性能保温板材。
The paper introduces a kind of perforated insulation board, which is made of iron ore tailing and shale with some additives of binding agent, flux and foamer. Through analysis of material phase structure by X-ray diffraction analysis, observation of microstructure by scanning electron microscopy, and measurement of micro-structure point composition by electron probe, the results show that the main phase is amorphous glass phase with uniform pore size and pore distribution. Through measuring the basic physical properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties, the results show that the insulation board is a green highperformance energy-saving thermal insulation board.
