摘要
研究了内外源赤霉素对苗期矮牵牛生理指标的影响,结果表明:内源赤霉素含量与苗期矮牵牛叶绿素含量、根活力之间具有显著相关性,与可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量之间无显著相关性。对苗期矮牵牛喷施赤霉素会促进矮牵牛体内可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量的显著上升。
Effect of endogenous and exogenous Gibberelin on the growth of Petunia hybrida Vilm had been measured.The results indicated that endogenous Gibberelin content had a significant positive correlation with chlorophyll content and root activity.The spraying of exogenous Gibberelin on Petunia hybrida Vilm seeding caused a significant increase on soluble sugar and soluble protein content.
