摘要
为了提取高质量的矮牵牛RNA,采用改良的异硫氰酸胍方法和CTAB法、SDS法分别提取矮牵牛组培苗RNA。结果表明:与传统的CTAB和SDS方法相比,改进的异硫氰酸胍方法提取的总RNA电泳条带完整、纯度较高,是较为理想的提取矮牵牛总RNA的方法。
In this experiment,three extraction methods had been applied to obtain high level RNA from petunie hybrida,including CTAB method,SDS method and Guanidinium isothiocyanate method.The results indicated that the Guanidinium isothiocyanate method was perfect for the highest RNA band's integrity and RNA purity.
