摘要
对天津市中型灌区存在的干旱缺水、建设投入不足、设施老化、管理体制不健全等主要问题进行了详细分析,提出加大投入、加强农田水利建设、调整种植结构、建立有效管理体制等对策措施。
The article analyzed the existing problems such as water shortage,inefficient input in the construction,facilities aging,the unsoundness administration system in Tianjin Medium-sized irrigation districts,and presented the countermeasures in increasing investment,in strengthening water infrastructure construction,in adjusting planting structure and establishing effective management system.
