摘要
十堰市乡镇卫生院疾病预防控制人员专业素质整体不高,学历层次较低,职称结构不合理,从事防保工作人员专业性不强,总量配备偏低,缺少高级别的岗位培训和继续教育内容,致使其公共职能的开展与国家要求存在一定差距。建议合理规划和配置疾病预防控制人力资源,加强高层次人才培养,履行公共职能和拓宽服务领域,以促进农村疾控事业良性发展。
Personnel who provide preventive health care are not of professional caliber overall because of their low level of education,illogical professional hierarchy,and lack of specialization.Personnel are in short supply and lack advanced on-the-job training and continuing education,so there is a considerable gap between developing administrative competence and national requirements.Rational planning and assignment of human resources to provide preventive health care are needed,high-level human resources must be fostered,administrative competence must be attained,and services must be expanded.Such efforts will promote public health in rural areas.
