摘要 为探讨盐酸克伦特罗(CL)对小鼠体重及心脏组织形态学的影响,本试验选用50只清洁级昆明小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分成5组,采用腹腔注射方式给药,对照组注射生理盐水,各实验组依次注射盐酸克伦特罗0.1、1、2及5mg/kg·bw,每次给药量0.1mL/10g·bw,1次/d,连续给药30d。记录出现临床症状的时间,30d后剖检小鼠,称量心脏重量,制作组织切片,HE染色,镜检,拍照。结果表明,给药后10d小鼠出现明显临床症状,用药8min后出现精神沉郁、反应迟钝、呼吸加深加快(150次/min)等症状。各组小鼠体重和心脏脏器系数与对照组相比,高剂量组明显大于对照组。镜检结果心肌细胞颗粒变性、断裂、溶解,肌纤维横纹消失。大部分心肌表现为团块状物结构均质样的凝固性坏死,坏死部位伊红深染。 In order to discuss the influence of clenbuterol hydrochloride on weight and the heart histomorphology of the mouse, 50 clean class mice (each half for female and male) were randomly divided into 5 groups. The test groups were intraperitoneaUy injected with clenbuterol hydrochloride at the dose of 0.1,1.2 and 5mg/kg (bw) respectively per day for 30 days and the control group injected with physiological saline. The time of clinical symptom appearance was recorded. After 30 days, the mice were dissected and their hearts were weighed. And tissue sections were made for HE staining and microscopy examination. The result indicated that, daily CL the mouse had obvious clinical symptoms 10 days after application. Typical symptoms appeared including depression, slow response, deep and rapid breathing (150 per minutes) 8 minutes after the medication. Comparison showed that the high dose groups were significantly more than the control group in body weights and the heart organ coefficients. Microscopic examination revealed myocardial cells granular degeneration, fracture, dissolution and the cross striation of muscle fiber disappeared. Majority of myocardium manifested as lumped and uniform coagulation necrosis with deep eosin staining.
