摘要
采用X射线和X射线荧光光谱仪对经过常规NaOH-HCl脱灰处理的煅烧无烟煤及灰分进行晶体结构、灰分物相及灰分成份分析。结果表明:脱灰处理能脱出碳微晶层片内的灰分,使层面间距由0.34466 nm减小至0.34386 nm,但同时对微晶单元具有一定的解体作用,微晶高度由10.78782降至8.95094 nm,层片碳环数由153降至123个。灰分中各种元素的含量都有较大程度的降低。
Microcrystalline structure,ash phase and component of calcined anthracite that deliminged by normal NaOH-HCl treatment are analysed with XRD and XRF respectively.The results show that ash inside carbon microcrystalline lamellasome could been removed by deliming and decrease interplanar distance from 0.34466nm to 0.34386nm,all elements content of ash are obviously decreased at the meantime.The disadvantage factor is that deliming could disintegrated carbon microcrystalline structure slightly,height of crystallite decreased from 10.78782nm to 8.95094nm and carbocycle number of layered tablets decreased from 153 to 123.
