摘要
[目的]了解肿瘤科护士评判性思维现状,为进一步制订肿瘤科护士评判性思维培养方案提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法,应用"中文版评判性思维能力测量表"(CTDI-CV)对563名肿瘤科护士进行评判性思维能力调查。[结果]本组563名肿瘤科护士评判性思维总分为281.91分±24.64分,属于正性评判性思维水平,7个维度中思想开放、分析能力、求知欲、认知成熟度4个维度得分属于正性评判性思维水平;不同评判性思维重要性认知的肿瘤科护士评判性思维得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]肿瘤科护士评判性思维属于正性评判性思维水平,仅个别具有强评判性思维能力水平,有待进一步提高。
Objective：To know about the status quo of critical thinking ability of nurses in department of oncology so as to provide some bases for working out training program of critical thinking for nurses.Methods： Critical thinking abilities of 563 nurses in oncology department were investigated by adopting questionnaire and CCTDI-CV.Results： The total score of 563 nurses was 281.91±24.64,which belonged to the positive critical thinking level.Among all 7 dimensions,the score of 4 dimensions including open-mindedness,analysis ability,inquisitiveness and cognitive maturity belonged to positive critical thinking level.There was statistical significant difference in terms of critical thinking ability scoring between oncology nurses with different recognition on the importance of critical thinking（P0.05）.Conclusion：Critical thinking of oncology nurses belongs to positive critical thinking level.It is necessary to improve their critical thinking ability.
