摘要
目的：探讨进行眼底荧光血管造影检查的护理经验。方法：回顾性分析420例行眼底荧光血管造影患者的病例资料，总结护理措施。结果：本组420例均顺利完成检查，出现不良反应21例（5．0％），其中恶心、呕吐12例（2．8％）。皮肤瘙痒4例（1．0％），心悸、胸闷5例（1．2％）。本组元1例出现严重并发症。结论：做好患者的心理护理，消除患者的心理顾虑，减轻患者畏惧感；同时教会患者如何进行充分配合；细心的病情观察和准备好各种应急抢救措施是减少和避免出现不良反应的关键。
Objective To disscuss the experience of nursing patients in the process of fluorescein fundus ansiography. Method The data of 420 patients undergoing fluorescein fundus anglography ,Nursing Summary. Results Fluorescein fundus angiography was conducted among all the 420 patients successfully. Adverse reactions developed in 21 cases （5.0%）. nausea in 12 cases （2.8%）, prurituseutanea in 4 cases （1.0%）, heart palpitations and chest distress in 5 cases （1.2%）, No severe complications occurred. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out psychologicalnursing to relieve patients anxieties and free the patients from fear in the process of fluorescence fundus angiography. It is also important for nurses to instruct the patients how to cooperation in the angiography. Careful observation over the patients and wellpreparations of emergency rescue is key to reduction and even avoidance of adverse reactions.
