摘要 目的评价蛋白芯片法诊断致畸病原体弓形虫的临床应用价值。方法①将蛋白芯片法与ELISA试剂对230份被检标本作平行检测;②用蛋白芯片法对卫生部室间质评的样本进行检测。结果蛋白芯片法与ELISA法各项指标检测结果均具有较好的一致性(P>0.05),弓形虫的阴性、阳性符合率均为100%;而对室间质评样本的检测结果则与卫生部所公布结果完全一致。结论蛋白芯片法检测弓形虫-IgM抗体,具有简便、快速,敏感性较高和特异性强等优点,是临床优生优育辅助诊断的有效方法,值得推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of protein chip in the diagnosis of toxoplasma gondii that is a kind of teratogenic pathogen.Methods ①230 samples were detected by protein chip and ELISA reagent at the same time.②The external quality assessment samples from the Ministry of Health were tested by protein chip.Results The detection results of various indexes had good consistency by ELISA and protein chip(P0.05).The coincidence rates of toxoplasma gondii negative and toxoplasma gondii positive were 100%.The detection results of external quality control samples were consistent with the results from the Ministry of Health.Conclusion Protein chip for toxoplasma-IgM antibodies detection is simple,rapid,has the advantages of high sensitivity and specificity,and it is an effective assist diagnosis method for prenatal and postnatal care,which is worth being widely used.
