摘要
为探讨湖南洪涝灾害日趋严重的原因，促进湖南农业持续发展，分析了近５０年来湖南洪涝灾害发生特征及成因。
To find out the reasons why Hunan province has been suffering from floods,this paper analyzed the characters and reasons of the floods happened in the past 50 years in this province.Some countermeasures were put forward in this paper,aiming at promoting a sustained economic development in Hunan province.
