摘要 结合虚拟仪器技术与提升机健康诊断技术,研究了一种基于LabVIEW的矿井提升机健康诊断的方法。该方法利用LabVIEW可实现对提升机振动烈度较大的测点信号的采集和存储,且可对信号进行时域分析、幅度谱分析,从而实现了提升机的健康诊断。具体的应用测试验证了该方法的实用性与高效性。 Combining with virtual instrument technology and health diagnosis technology of hoister,a method of health diagnosis for mine hoister based on LabVIEW was researched.The method uses LabVIEW to achieve data acquisition and storage of measured points with greater vibration severity of hoister,and can make time domain analysis and amplitude spectrum analysis of the signal,so as to achieve health diagnosis for hoister.Applicability and high effectiveness of the method is verified by the specific application test.
