摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石患儿的护理。方法回顾性分析2008年10月至2009年6月某院经皮肾镜取石术治疗的43例上尿路结石患儿的治疗及护理过程。结果 43例患儿中,一次性取尽结石34例。所有患儿术后均排尿通畅,肾功能恢复正常。结论对患儿及家属术前加强心理护理,术后做好病情观察、导管护理、并发症的观察及健康指导是经皮肾镜取石术治疗小儿上尿路结石成功的重要保障。
Objective To explore the nursing method of upper urinary stones in children treated with percutaneous nephrostomy lithotripsy（PCNL）. Methods The treatment and nursing procedure of 43 children with upper urinary tract stones who were treated with PCNL from October 2008 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 43 children, stones were cleared with one PCNL session in 34 children. All the children had normal urination and renal function after treatment. Conclusion Effective PCNL of upper urinary stones in children can be ensured by strengthening psychological nursing,intensive postoperative observation, catheter nursing, observation on complications and health guidance.
