摘要
创刊于1940年的《边区群众报》作为陕甘宁边区中央局的机关报,坚持"实事求是,着眼于群众,为群众办报、群众看报、群众大家办报"的办报理念,及时正确地宣传党的各项方针政策,贴近群众生活需求,用群众喜闻乐见的形式进行宣传报道,收到了显著的效果,为抗日战争和解放战争的胜利发挥了重要作用。该报的办刊经历对新时期新闻媒体如何担当社会责任也具有现实的借鉴意义。
The bordering - area mass newspaper, launched in 1940＇s, as the organ newspaper of the party of Shaanxi -Gansu -Ningxia bordering area, adhered to the the newspaper＇s idea ＂realistic, on the people, for the people,people read newspapers, the people run the newspapers. ＂ it propagated the party＇s principles and policies timely and correctly, and closed to the masses living needs with the popular form of propaganda and reporting, which received a significant effect and played an important role for the victory of the anti - Japanese war and the war of Liberation. Running experience of the bordering - area mass newspaper, it can give the real reference to the news media how to play the social responsibility in new period.
