摘要
本文用交叉免疫电泳法对五种蛇毒进行区分鉴别的研究,利用各种蛇毒所得的电泳图,它们的峰形、峰数目、峰位置及各峰间相对高度比的差异进行不同蛇毒的区分鉴别。本法比较直观,特征性强,可作为标准图谱,鉴别未知蛇毒样品。
This paper described a method for the qulification of snake venoms by crossed immunoelectrophoresis. The method consists of electrophoresis of different Venom solutions in one dimension in buffered gel slab followed by a second electrophoresis at right angle to the first dimension in antibody-containing gel slab. The peak area, peak numbers and relative positions are quite different for each venom, The peak patterns may be used as finger print for each snake venom.
