摘要
DNA甲基化是一种重要的遗传修饰,是表观遗传学(epigenetics)研究的重要内容。综述了目前常用的甲基化检测方法的原理及其在检测DNA甲基化中的优缺点,如MSAP检测方法、亚硫酸氢盐法、基因芯片技术等。随着对表观遗传学研究的深入,DNA甲基化检测方法也有了快速的发展,将有利于科学工作者更快更好的检测出DNA甲基化。
DNA methylation is an important genetic modification and an important part of epigenetics. The principles, advantages and disadvantages of common methylation detection methods (MSAP method, sodium bisulfite method and chip technology, etc.) were reviewed. With the further study on epigenetics, the detection method of DNA methylation has developed rapidly to detect DNA methylation faster and better.
