脱落酸与赤霉素对瓜尔豆生长发育与产量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过大田随机区组试验设计,在管理、密度、肥水等条件一致的情况下,于瓜尔豆(Cyamopsis tetragonoloba Taubert)始花期、盛花期、盛荚期和鼓粒期叶面喷施不同浓度的脱落酸与赤霉素,研究其对瓜尔豆生长发育及产量性状的影响,结果表明,赤霉素促进株高增加而脱落酸抑制株高增加,脱落酸与赤霉素处理均使瓜尔豆植株的茎粗增加,且赤霉素效果大于脱落酸。脱落酸能减少瓜尔豆节数,而赤霉素则增加节数;低浓度的脱落酸(1.32mg/L)与赤霉素(250mg/L)能降低瓜尔豆的单株有效花序数、单株荚数、单株荚重及单株粒重等;相反,高浓度的脱落酸(2.64、3.96mg/L)与赤霉素(500、750mg/L)能增加瓜尔豆的单株有效花序数、单株荚数、单株荚重及单株粒重等。赤霉素(500mg/L)处理可显著提高种子产量,产量达5376kg/hm2。脱落酸与赤霉素处理后的植株叶片内SOD、POD及CAT的活性大部分高于对照,并且在各个生育时期均能降低叶片的MDA含量。 The article carried out systematic study on effect of abscisic acid (ABA) and gibberellic acid (GA3) in different concentrations spraying leaf surface in flowering period, full flowering period, full pod period and filling period of the guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba Taubert) growth, development and yield characteristics,with the same administration measures, den-sity and fertilizer of different districts.Spraying GA3 could increase plant height, while the ABA decreased it.Spraying different concentration of GA3 and ABA could increase the stem diameter of guar.Spraying low concentration of ABA(1.32 mg/ L) and GA3 (250 mg/ L) could reduce the number of plant node, the effective clusters per plant, pod numbers per plant, pod weight per plant, as 100 seed weight and so on of output indicators.While the high concentration of ABA (2.64 mg/L, 3.96 mg/L) and GA3 (500 mg/L, 750 mg/L) could increase those indexes.It was known that the best effect of those treatments influencing the yield was GA3 (500 mg/L),reaching 5 376 kg/hm^2.Compared with the control, the effects of different concentration of ABA and GA3 on SOD, POD and CAT activities were higher; Meanwhile there were significantly differences.Different concentration of ABA and GA3 in various growth periods could reduce the MDA content in leaves.
