摘要
阐述了高校图书馆作为国家教学和科研的支柱力量,认为其发展现状可以代表一个国家的图书馆发展水平。选取中美高校图书馆,从信息服务具体内容的角度,比较分析了中美高校图书馆数字化建设的差异,期望借鉴美国高校图书馆的发展优势和经验,促进我国高校数字图书馆的发展。
It is clarified that the academic library,as the pillar of national teaching and research,their develop-ment level can represent the library development of a country.Some Chinese and American academic libraries are selected and the differences between them are compared from their information service.The development experi-ence of American libraries is summarized in order to promote our country academic library information service.
