摘要
在对某地铅锌硫化矿工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用优先浮选工艺流程,对该矿石进行了磨矿细度、铅粗选捕收剂、抑制剂、锌粗选活化剂用量等条件试验,确定分选工艺参数。实验室全流程闭路试验获得了铅精矿品位56.39%、回收率87.07%,锌精矿品位46.79%、回收率79.07%的良好分选指标。
Conditional experiments of grinding fineness,lead roughing concentration collector,inhibitor,zinc roughing concentration activator amount and so on were done on lead zinc sulfide minerals based on the process mineralogy research of this ore somewhere and adopt preferential flotation technology process,separation process parameters were confirmed.Good separation index of lead concentrate with grade 56.39%,recovery rate 87.07%,zinc concentrate with grade 46.79%,recovery rate 79.07% were obtained through laboratory whole process closed circuit experiment.
