摘要
目的：探讨快速过敏皮试仪在门诊注射室临床中应用的可行性。方法：结合快速过敏皮试仪的原理及操作方法，对7073例使用快速过敏皮试仪行青霉素过敏试验的病例进行观察。结果：假阳性率低，准确率高，安全性强，特别适合婴幼儿。结论：快速过敏皮试仪具有方便、无创、无痛、快速、准确、安全等优点，同时大大减轻了护士的工作量，提高了工作效率，值得推广。
objective： to explore the allergic skin test apparatus in rapid outpatient clinic injection room the feasibility of application. Methods： the combination of rapid allergic skin test and operation method, principle of 7073 cases using rapid allergic skin test instrument allergy test cases do penicillin were observed. Results： the false -positive rate is low, safety, high accuracy, especially suitable for infants. Conclusion： the rapid allergic skin test apparatus is convenient, noninvasive and painless, rapid, accurate and safety etc, at the same time greatly to reduce the workload of nurses, improve work efficiency, is worthy to be popularized.
