摘要
对TLCP和CTBN改性金刚石涂附磨具用胶粘剂进行了研究,研究结果表明,10wt%CTBN能够明显提高树脂的抗拉伸强度、伸长率,同时也提高了空白树脂试样与含金刚石试样的抗冲击强度,且抗冲击强度减少率有所降低;但改性后树脂的硬度、耐磨系数和耐热温度有所降低,但降低幅度不大。
In this paper,the resin bond used for coated diamond tools modified by TLCP and CTBN has been studied.The results show that the tensile strength and elongate rate of the resin can be obviously improved by using 10wt% CTBN,as well as the impact strength of resin sample with or no diamond has been increased and its decreasing rate was declined.But the hardness,wear resistance and heat-resistant temperature of the resin after modification were reduced and the decreased degree was smaller.
