蝮蛇抗栓酶与磺胺嘧啶锌霜治疗兔足重度冻伤机理 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究蝮蛇抗栓酶与磺胺嘧啶锌霜合用治疗兔足冻伤的作用机理,为其临床应用提供依据。方法:兔足在-25℃95%乙醇中浸泡造成重度冻伤,冻后不同时间给予0.25U·kg-1体重蝮蛇抗栓酶和5%磺胺嘧啶锌霜治疗,治疗停止24h后进行各项指标测定。结果:在冻后融化24h内用上述治疗有显著治疗效用,但有随时间的推移而疗效下降之趋势;治疗后冻区血流量、出凝血时间、血浆纤维蛋白原含量、血小板数及其粘附率、红细胞数及其沉降率、血球比积、体外血栓形成以及局部细菌生长情况等均呈不同程度的改善。结论:结果提示蝮蛇抗栓酶的去纤、溶栓。 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of combined therapy with ahylysantinfarctase and unguentum sulfadiazinezinc on severe frostbite of rabbit feet and to provide basis for clinical use of them. Methods: The hind feet of rabbits were frozen in a cooling bath containing 95% alcohol maintained at a temperature of -25 ℃. The ahylysantinfarctase(0.25U·kg -1 body weight intra-arterial injection) and unguentum sulfadiazinezinc(5%) were used to treat the frostbite. A series of determinations were done 24 h after the end of treatment. Results: There were obvious effects with these drugs up to 24 h after thawing of the frostbite, but the effects became less with the lapse of time. The changes of the blood flow, bleeding time and clotting time, content of fibrinogen, platelet count and aggregation rate, RBC count and ESR, Hct, thrombosis in vitro and local bacterial growth were improved in different degrees when these drugs were administered. Conclusion: The combined effects of defibrination, lysothrombus and anti-infection might play an important role in the therapy of severe frostbite.
