摘要
目的:探讨依托"生命网"健康教育对高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2008年1月至2009年6月150名高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。2组均进行高血压的一般健康教育,除此以外观察组患者入"生命网"对其进行认知干预、心理干预、行为干预。12个月后通过问卷调查分别对2组患者治疗依从性进行评定、比较。结果:观察组患者与对照组比较,其遵医程度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:依托"生命网"实施健康教育对提高高血压患者的治疗依从性有积极的作用。
Objective：To explore the effect of using ＂web of life＂ on the treatment compliance of hypertensive patients.Methods：150 patients with hypertension from January 2008 to June 2009 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group of 75 each.In which the patients of experimental group were all into the ＂web of life＂,and control group were not included in the ＂web of life＂.The experimental group were treated with extra congnition intervention,psychological intervention and bahavior intervention besides the general healthy education of hypertension.The treatment compliance respectively towards the experimental group and control group were assessed and compared through the questionnaires after 12 months of network＇s help.Results：Compared with the control group patients,after the network treatment,the experimental group patients＇full compliance with medical and non-compliance with medical degree had a different significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Relying on ＂web of life＂,the implementation of health education to improve the treatment compliance of hypertensive patients have a positive function.
