摘要
将自整定模糊PID控制方法应用到电液伺服驱动的连铸结晶器振动控制系统中,应用AMES im/S imu link联合仿真技术,建立振动系统模型和控制系统模型,进行系统仿真研究。结果表明这种控制策略不但使系统具有较高的动态响应速度,而且也能保证较高的稳态精度,具有较好的鲁棒性,满足连铸生产的实际要求。
A parameter self-adjusting fuzzy-PID technology was adopted to an oscillation control for continuous casting mold.United simulation technique with AMESim and Matlab/Simulink was applied to build the oscillation system model and the control system model.The effect of the proposed control strategy was demonstrated by united simulation of AMESim /Simulink.The simulation results show that the control system has quick dynamic response velocity,good stable precision and robustness.It meets the requirement of continuous casting.
