摘要
目的研究放疗前后晚期非小细胞肺癌癌组织中survivin基因表达的动态变化。方法免疫组织化学方法检测放疗前后肿瘤组织中survivin基因的表达。结果放疗前与放疗后第28天,survivin表达率分别为73.08%、42.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗能有效地下调晚期非小细胞肺癌局部survivin的表达。
Objective To evaluate the variation of survivin in NSCLC cells in response to radiotherapy. Methods Expressions of survivin in tumor cells were analyzed by using SP immunohistochemical staining. Results Before the radiotherapy, the expression rate of survivin was 73.08%. On day 28 of radiation, that of survivin was 42.31%. Compared with the expression before the therapy,the difference was statistically signifi- eant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Radiotherapy could reverse the expression of survivin in NSCLC tissues.
