盐胁迫、辐射条件下耐盐与不耐盐水稻POD同工酶、全蛋白变化的研究 被引量:11

摘要 耐盐水稻品种9343经盐胁迫后,根系内诱导出一条活性很强的POD3同工酶谱带,而对盐敏感的1187、中作321、中作93盐胁迫后活性很强的POD1谱带消失.蛋白质的变化呈现出与POD变化相类似的趋势,耐盐品种9343盐胁迫后某些蛋白质谱带含量增加,出现分子量与调渗蛋白相类似的26kD蛋白质,但对盐敏感的三个品种则蛋白质含量下降,没有检测到26kD蛋白.辐射后经NaCl胁迫,耐盐的9343中同工酶和蛋白质均无明显变化,但不耐盐的三个品种,辐射后经盐胁迫出现同工酶谱带和蛋白质谱带增多. Four lines of rice cultivar including one salt tolerant and three salt sensitive lines were used to study POD isozymes and protein changes after treatment of salt and radiation. POD 3 was induced in the root of salt tolerant line 9343, while POD 1 was absent in salt sensitive lines 1187, Zhong Zuo93, and Zhong Zuo321 after salt treatment. The presence of POD 3 in salt tolerant line and the absence of POD 1 in salt sensitive lines, therefore, may be used to evaluate the salt tolerance in rice. The protein changes in the our lines were very similar to those of POD isozymes. Upon salt treatment, some of protein bands became thicker in salt tolerant rice, and a 26kD protein which has the same molecular weight as osmotin was induced. While in the 3 salt sensitive lines, the protein bands became thinner, and no new band was induced. Treated with salt after a radiation treatment, no obvious changes in isozymes and proteins were observed in salt tolerant line 9343, however, the POD bands became thicker and some new proteins were induced in the salt sensitive lines. The relationship between POD isozyme and protein changes and its tolerance of salt damage was identified.
