摘要
槲皮素(3,5,7,3′,4′-五羟基黄酮)是中药槐花蕾(SophoraJaponicaL)的有效成分之一.槲皮素的3-羟基4-酮基,5-羟基4-酮基及3′,4′-二羟基均为可络合部位.本文介绍了槲皮素与金属锌固态配合物的合成,并对合成的新配合物作了紫外光谱、红外光谱及元素定量分析。
Quercetin is one of the effective components contained in sophora japonica flower bud.3-hydroxy 4-carbonyl,4-carbonyl 5-hydroxy,and 3′,4′-dihydroxy groups of quercetin could be become chelating position with metal. This paper introduce the solid complex which synthesized with quercetin and metal zinc and elucidated its possible chemical structure with UV,IR,and quantitative analysis method for synthesized new complex.
