摘要
微细电火花加工(Micro Electrical Discharge Machining,Micro EDM)作为微细加工技术的一种,可以在任何导电材料上加工高精度、大深宽比微细三维型腔,以满足日益增长的产品微小型化需求。针对微细电火花加工中的一些关键问题,如微细电极损耗与补偿、大深径比微孔加工,本文着重介绍部分研究结果,以期在微细电火花加工技术的应用中,提供解决对策。
Micro electrical discharge machining (Micro EDM),as one of micromachining methods,can be used to generate micro features with high precision and high aspect ratio in any electrically conductive materials to meet the increasingly requirement of product minimization.This paper presents some research results of Micro EDM, attempting to provide some solutions to existing problems in Micro EDM such as tool wear,machining of micro hole with high aspect ratio and expecting their potential application in future.
