摘要
本文介绍近年来铁离子交换沸石催化剂、氧化铁催化剂等铁基催化剂选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝的研究进展;分析磁流化床的特性,提出利用磁场流态化技术进行磁性颗粒催化还原脱除氮氧化物的新技术构思,并对此脱硝反应的机理及实验方案进行初步的研究。
The recent research of De-NO_x by SCR reaction mainly with ammonia on iron-based catalysts,such as Fe-ZSM-5,iron oxide and so on,is reviewed.In this paper,the characteristics of magnetically fluidized beds are analyzed.Then a new technique of the flue gas cleaning is proposed.This technique is generally based on magnetic fluidization and iron-based catalytic reduction to remove nitrogen oxides from the flue gas,and elementary studies are described about De-NO_x mechanism and test scheme with MFB here.
