摘要
分析了杯形件的冷挤压成型工艺,论述了冷挤压模具结构,采用有限元模拟技术,对工件冷挤压工艺进行了可行性研究,为其生产提供了依据,采川冷挤压工艺加工杯形件,改善了工件的机械性能,提高了零件精度和表面质量,显著降低了材料消耗。
The cold extrusion technology of the cup-shaped workpiece was analyzed, the structure of the cold extrusion die was discussed. FEM numerical simulation has been adopted to study the feasibility of cold extrusion process for cup-shaped workpiece, which provided a basis for the manufacture. With the application of cold extrusion technology, the mechanical property of the products are improved, the precision and the surface quality of the products are increased, the die cost can be evidently reduced.
