摘要
针对宝钢IF钢B坯增碳严重及碳分布不均所造成的冷轧产品性能不合格的情况,进行了IF钢增碳规律的研究,对IF钢B坯切割后冷轧性能做了跟踪试验,探讨了IF钢增碳机理,并提出了宝钢IF钢B坯处理方式。
Aiming at uncompatible mechanic property caused by serious carbonization and uneven carbon distribution,the trials of carbonization regularity and mechanic properties after IF steel bottom slab cutting were practiced,the carbonization mechanism of IF steel is discussed,and the treatment of IF steel bottom slab is proposed.
