摘要
针对 6 3MVA直流矿热炉在冶炼硅铁时电弧偏移的现象 ,通过对三维磁场的计算 ,指出电弧偏移是由于炉外短网铜排中流过的强大直流电流所产生的磁场对电弧施加力的作用而造成的 ,讨论了炉外短网铜排对称布线方式对电弧偏移大小的影响及其抑制偏弧的效果。
In view of arc deviation in 6.3 MVA DC submerged arc furnace for ferrosilicon,by calculating the three dimension magnetic field,it is shown that magnetic field generated by DC current of the outer power supply system,cooperating with the electric current,exerts a force on the arc which moves the position of the arc.The effect of the busbar symmetrical layout outside the furnace on arc deflection and its restraining arc deflection is also discussed.
