摘要
浅水铺管船在铺管作业过程中需要按预先设定的路由行走,并配合铺管工艺适时进行加减速、行走速度和行走方向的调整,为此在浅水铺管船的船艏舱和船艉舱布置了多台船用锚机,通过控制锚机收放钢丝绳的速度实现铺管船的行走和停止。为了使锚机能够自如地收放钢丝绳,在每台锚机上配置了完整的刹车系统,包括高速刹车、变速刹车、低速刹车、阻尼刹车、驻车等,它们的相互配合,可以满足重型锚机对刹车功能的需求。
In the process of pipelaying operations,shallow water pipelaying vessel requires to walk along a preestablished path,and to adjust the acceleration and deceleration,traveling speed,walking direction timely combined with pipelaying technology,therefore,we distributed several windlass in the bow deck and stern cabin of the shallow water pipelaying vessel to realize walking and stopping of the pipelaying vessel by controlling the windlass's wire rope deploying and retracting speed.In order to deploying and retracting wire rope freely,we configed complete braking system on every windlass,including high speed brake,variable speed brake,low speed brake,damping brake,parking and so on,with the interoperate of each other,they can meet the braking function demand of heavy windlass.
