摘要
研究目的:通过对大体积混凝土裂缝形式的分类,针对裂缝产生原因进行分析,找出影响混凝土裂缝产生的因素,并提出避免大体积混凝土产生裂纹的应对措施,从而在一定程度上达到指导施工现场生产、防止质量事故的产生的目的。研究结论:结合具体的工程案例以及施工过程中的现场资料,认为混凝土的配合比控制、原材料的质量检验以及施工完成后的保温控制是防止大体积混凝土出现裂缝的关键,同时钢筋的配筋率、施工方案以及外加剂的掺加也是重要因素;施工中应严格按照施工组织方案实施,增强施工管理人员的责任意识,保证各个关键环节不出差错。
Research purposes:Through sorting the crack type of mass concrete,the analysis of the reasons for generating the crack is made to seek the the influence factors for generating the crack,and the measures for preventing the crack of mass concrete are offered to guide the field production and prevent the appearance of quality accident.Research conclusions:From the concrete construction example and the field data about the construction process it is concluded the control of concrete matching ratio,inspection of material quality and control of insulation after construction are the key sectors to prevent the crack of mass concrete,and the ratio of reinforcement,construction scheme and adding agent are also the important sectors to prevent the crack of mass concrete.Therefore,the construction scheme should be implemented strictly in construction and the responsibility sense of the constructors should be strengthened to ensure there is no error in every key link.
