摘要
海外并购已经成为中央企业国际化进程的重要形式。本文通过SWOT模型分析五矿收购澳大利亚OZ矿业公司的过程,结合国内海外并购的现状,提出适合中央企业海外并购的建议,对中央企业提高海外并购成功率具有重要的借鉴意义。
Overseas merger and acquisitions （MA） is one of the most important measures in the international developing progress of SOE by central government.Based on the SWOT model,this paper,through a study of the details of China Minmetals Corporation and OZ Minerals merger,with the status of the domestic overseas MA,provides some valuable suggestions for overseas MA of SOE by central government and gives some helpful reference for improving the success rate of overseas MA of SOE by central government.
