摘要
利用侧倾法测量汽车质心高度时,由于被测车辆随承重地板(下称地板)一起侧倾,此时测量所得的质量转移值中包含了地板的质量转移量,势必造成汽车质心高度测量的不准确。为了提高汽车质心高度测量的准确度,必须对地板的质量转移问题进行研究。本文的研究结果表明,地板的质量转移除与地板本身的质量大小密切相关外,还与地板质心距地板支点连线的距离(以α来表征),侧倾驱动力的作用方式与位置(以上支撑、下支撑相对应的H′b和H″b来表征),以及地板的侧倾角β有很大的关系。地板质量一定的情况下,当α≥0时,地板质量转移的绝对值随β角的增大而增大,且增大的趋势越烈;当α<0时,地板质量转移量的绝对值随β角的增大经历一个由小到大、由大到小再由小到大的过程。本文提出的地板质量转移的计算方法,其计算结果与实验结果完全一致,可以作为今后类似的设备设计计算和试验修正时的依据。
During the measuring vehical gravity center height by roll testing method the load table is rolled with the vehical,and the total measured quantity includes The value of the load table mass transfer,So the result is not accuracy.To improve testing accuracy,the problem of the load table mass transfer should be studied. The studied results of the paper indicate that,the load table mass transfer is closely related with the mass self quantity of the load table,the other related factors are as follows,the distance between the load table mass gravity center and the table support along the connected line(identified by α),roll driving force format and the position(identified by H′b for up side support,H″b for down side support),and the table rolling angle β. Under the certain table mass condition, the absolute value of the table mass transfer strongly increases with the angle β increasing if α≥0;and the absolute value is going up first,go in down then,going up final with the angle β increasing,if α<0. Using the table mass transfer calculation method in the paper the calculation results are fully consistent with the testing results.The method in this paper can be used for similar facitity designing calculation and testing correction.
