摘要
通过对新型铸造双相不锈钢ZGOCr13Ni6Si4Nb断口形貌的宏观和微观分析,及该钢的机械性能试验结果,探讨了铁素体-奥氏体双相铸造不锈钢的断裂规律以及冲击韧性与断口形貌之间的关系。结果表明,添加一定量的镍和经过适当的热处理均可提高该钢的强韧性,随着含镍量从0至8%逐渐提高,钢的断口形貌从解理型变为准解理型。
Associated with the test results of mechanical properties, the fracture mode of a new kind of cast duplex stainless steel OCr13Ni6Si4Nb was analyzed. The break regulation and characteristics as well as the relation between the mechanical properties and fracture mode of ferrite-austenitic duplex stainless steel were studied. The results showed that a proper amount austenitic structure was well distributed in the high alloy fertile matrix of the steel, and the micro fracture mode was quasi-cleavage type. Adding proper amount nickel into steel and heat-treating could increase the strength and toughness of the steel. The fracture mode would change from cleavage to quasi-cleavage along with the nickel content increased from 0 to 8% in steel.
