摘要
本文研究了热处理工艺对G-X22CrMoV121耐热钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:经1000℃~1050℃淬火空冷即可得到板条马氏体,其硬度随回火温度升高下降缓慢,具有良好的抗回火稳定性。经750℃4h+680℃4h二次回火,布氏硬度HB250左右,可达到较好的机械加工性能和综合机械性能的配合。
The effect of heat treatment on The microstructure and hardness of G -X22CrMoV121 heat -resisting steel has been studied. The results show that martensite laths can be obtained by air-cooling as quenching temperatrre is between 1000℃ and 1050℃. Its hardness decreased slowly as the tempering temperature increased. This show that the steel possess high tempering stability. The Brinell hardness is about HB250 after tempered for two times which first it was at 750℃ for four hours and the second times was at 680℃ for the same time. This process can improve the mechanical working properties as well as obtain better mechanical properties of the steel.
