摘要 激光加工技术专业人才培养方案制订主要包括前期调研、中期设计、后期论证三个方面,其中中期设计包括专业建设指导小组构建、确定人才培养模式、确定人才培养目标、职业岗位分析、人才培养规格分析、工作任务分析、学习领域构建、职业素质教育活动安排分析、教学活动安排等9个具体环节。人才培养方案的制订离不开企业的积极参与和学校政策保障机制的引导,应经常组织教师开展专业建设研究活动,提高教师的专业建设水平。 The development of talents training plan of laser processing technology specialty includes three aspects of preliminary research,medium-term design and post-argument,and the medium-term design includes 9 specific steps of construction of the steering group,identifying training model,determining the personnel training objectives,vocational posts analysis,personnel training standard analysis,working tasks analysis,studying fields construction,analysis on professional quality educational activities arrangement and teaching activities arrangements.The development of talent training program is inseparable from the active participation of enterprises and the guidance of school policies safeguard mechanisms,and schools should regularly organize teachers to carry out professional development activities to enhance teachers' professional development level.
