摘要
四川省南部(川南)煤田古叙矿区大村矿段煤层气勘探开发3年来,完成了参数井施工测试、测井及固井等工程,开展了媒储层研究和压裂改造试验。改造后,DD-1井、DD-2井、DCMT-3井产气量均达到甚至超过了500~1000m^3/d的工业产能指标,表明该区煤层气地面抽采试验获得了重大突破。这是在我国南方大倾角、低—特低渗透率、薄煤层、高煤阶情况下取得的成功,意义重大!为此,从煤层气试验井网储层特征入手,分析该区煤层气开发的优势与劣势,科学合理地总结了射孔压裂排采方案在川南地区勘探开发煤层气的经验和不足,提出加快勘探试验步伐和扩大试验区、引进先进适用的勘探新技术等建议,以确保四川省煤层气成功进行规模化、商业化开发。
Since the exploration and development of coalbed methane gas in the Dacun Zone of the Guxu Coal Field,South Sichuan,started three years ago,construction test,logging and cementing of CBM parameter wells have been completed,coalbed reservoirs have been well studied,and fracturing test has been performed as well.After fracturing treatment,the DC-1,DC-2,and DCMT-3 wells have obtained a high productivity capacity,meeting the needs of the industrial deliverability index of 500-1000 m3/d,which has proved that a major breakthrough has been made by the pilot tests on the CBM surface drainage.This success is of great significance to the CBM development in coalbed reservoirs of South China with high inclined angles,low and ultra-low permeability,thin coal bed layers,and high coal rank.Hereby,according to the conditions and characteristics of coalbed reservoirs from those pilot test wells,strength and weakness are analyzed on the CBM development in this coal field.Experiences and bottlenecks are summarized from the trial CBM gas recovery of pilot wells in this field after perforation and fracturing treatment.Some suggestions are put forward to promote the scale and commercial CBM development in Sichuan,including the pilot tests in CBM exploration to be accelerated,pilot test area to be enlarged,more advance and adaptable E & P technologies to be introduced.
