摘要
为解决传统仪器监测信号的不足之处,利用虚拟仪器技术开发16VPA6船舶柴油机信号监测系统.首先对16VPA6船舶柴油机监测信号进行分类汇总,接着阐述本文设计思路,在此基础上分别进行硬件设计和软件设计,最后进行软硬件联调试验,将利用虚拟仪器开发的16VPA6船舶柴油机监测系统运行结果与信号模拟器数据进行对照分析.结果表明,开发的系统能实时监测所需信号,并具有报警和数据存储等功能,运行情况良好,满足预期设想.
In order to solve the limitations of traditional instruments in monitoring signals,virtual instruments technology was used to develop the 16VPA6 marine diesel engine monitoring system.Firstly,this study sorted and summarized the monitoring signals of 16VPA6 marine diesel engine,and then expounded the ideas to design the hardware and software respectively.Finally,joint testing of the software and hardware was done,comparing the running results of the 16VPA6 marine diesel engine system with signal simulator data.The results indicate that the developed system can monitor needed signals at real time and has the functions of alarming and data saving.The system perform is good and the analysis result is agreeable with anticipation.
