摘要
对96例低位／超低位直肠癌患者实施完全腹腔镜下超低位直肠癌切除结－肛吻合的手术治疗，总结术前物品准备、手术配合及注意事项以及并发症的预防等护理要点。本组病人手术均获成功，倨肛率100％，术中及术后均无并发症发生。
Ninty-six rectal carcinnma patients were treated by superlow rectal carcinoma resection and colon-anus anastomotic in larporoscopic ,We summerised the preparation pre-nperative,cooperation and nursing care intraoperative and prevent the complication etc. All of the patients in this study were succeed in thire procedure ,the rate of retent anus is 100 percent,and there are no complications happened intraoperative and postoperative.
