摘要
采用三维刚塑性有限元法对上机盖模锻过程进行了数值模拟,得到了各主要变形场量的分布及金属流动规律,为合理地确定上机盖模锻工艺方案提供了依据。
The forming process of upper cover was simulated by three dimensional rigid plastic FEM. The distribution of main parameters and flow pattern of metal deformation were obtained.It is useful for planning out the forging preocedure.
