摘要
针对目前我国城市建设中大学城建设用地失控这一现象,从建设总量失控,用地结构失衡和开发强度偏低三方面深入而系统的对其形成原因进行了剖析,以期相关部门合理制定政策,从而保护大众利益,减少资源浪费。
Aiming at university town construction using land in present Chinese city construction, its forming reasons were analyzed systemati- cally from construction amount out of control, using land structure unbalance and development strengthen low, so as to hope relate institution established policy rationally, therefore protected popular benefit and reduce resource waste.
