摘要
[目的]了解扩免后儿童免疫规划疫苗预防接种情况。[方法]2009年8月,在瑞金市全市随机抽取2002年1月至2008年6月出生的儿童510名,调查免疫规划接种疫苗的接种情况。[结果]调查12月龄内儿童170名,"七苗"全程接种合格率为81.18%。调查2～7岁的儿童340名,DTP、MV(含MM)、JEV、第1针MenAC、OPV、DT、第2针Men-AC加强免疫接种率分别为80.39%、78.43%、79.41%、72.06%、73.53%、63.73%、49.02%。[结论]瑞金市儿童免疫规划疫苗预防接种工作有待加强,特别是新增疫苗的预防接种。
[Objective]To understand the status of children＇s immunization vaccination after EPI.[Methods]In August 2009,510 children were randomly sampled in Ruijin city who were born between January1,2002 and June 30,2008,an investigation was made on the vaccination rate of child immunization vaccine.[Results]Among 170 children within one year old surveyed,the pass rate of seven vaccines was 81.18%.Among 340 children aged 2 to 7 surveyed,the vaccination coverage of DTP,MV（including MM）,JEV,the first dose of MenAC,OPV,DT,the second booster dose of MenAC was 80.39%,78.43%,79.41%,72.06%,73.53%,63.73%,and 49.02% respectively.[Conclusion]The EPI vaccination of children should be strengthened in Ruijin city,in particular new vaccine vaccination.
