脑动脉夹层的危险因素及治疗

摘要 动脉夹层（artery dissection，AD）是指动脉壁层内撕裂导致血液成分通过破损的血管内膜进入血管壁，使血管壁分层，造成血管狭窄、闭塞或形成假性动脉瘤。脑动脉夹层是青年卒中的主要因素。目前发病机制仍不清楚，但已提出脑动脉夹层的自身和环境危险因素的假设。
