MEBO治疗腋臭微创术后皮肤缺损45例临床应用体会

摘要 目的:以皮肤原位再生医疗技术与传统方法在腋臭微创原位植皮术后的应用,对部分皮肤缺损治疗后的愈合时间、单次费用、总费用等方面进行对比。方法:对腋臭微创原位植皮术后有部分皮肤缺损的病例,采用皮肤原位再生医疗技术,以MEBO油纱贴于皮肤缺损处,外用多层干纱布加压固定,每24小时换药1次,对于路程较远的患者直接采用患处涂药,每6小时自行换药1次,换药前需清除陈旧药膜,每周门诊随访。结果:皮肤原位再生医疗技术与传统方法单次治疗费用相差不大,但平均愈合天数及治疗总费用远低于对照组,同时无需二期缝合,均换药治愈。结论:应用MEBO治疗腋臭微创术后创面,可防止创面感染,改善创面局部微循环,促进创面愈合,该疗法适合在临床推广应用。 Objective: To compare the effect of MEBT/MEBO and conventional method in treating skin defect after minimal invasive surgery of underarm odor, the compared indexes including healing time, one - time costs and total costs. Method: The patients with skin defect after minimal invasive surgery of underarm odor were treated with MEBT/MEBO. MEBO oil gauze was applied to the wounds, then fixed and bandaged with multi - layer dry gauze, dressing changed once every 24h. For the patients who were far away the hospital, MEBO ointment was applied to the wounds directly every 6h; removed the old ointment membrane before dressing change; the follow - up clinical visit was required weekly. Results: There was no difference in one - time costs between MEBT/MEBO and conventional method. But the average healing time and total costs in MEBT/MEBO group was much lower than that in control group. Moreover, the patients in MEBT/MEBO group fully healed with no need of 2"d suture. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is good for treating the patients with skin defect after minimal invasive surgery of underarm odor since it can prevent wound from infection, improve local mierocireulation and promote wound healing.
