摘要
采用熔融玻璃片制样,建立了测定AZO中Al的X-射线荧光光谱分析方法。校准样品采用光谱纯ZnO和Al2O3按照一定比例进行磨匀的方法进行配制,保证了校准样品中Al元素含量的准确性。根据AZO中Al元素的荧光强度和含量所具有的对应关系,并考虑到各元素之间的吸收与激发效应,经过校正拟合出Al元素的实际工作曲线。方法用于AZO中Al的测定,结果与ICP-AES法吻合,相对标准偏差(n=10)小于2%,完全能够满足生产的需要。
The method of determining A1 Contents in AZO materials with X- ray fluorescence spectrometry were established. The samples were prepared with molten glass sample preparation. The calibration samples were made by grinding and mixing ZnO powders and A1203 powders of spectrum pure in accordance with a certain proportion which is matched with the proportion of the determined samples. Based on the correspondence relation between absolute fluorescence intensity and elementary mass fraction, as well as the effects of absorption and excitation a- mong different elements, the correction equations were chosen to fit the actual working curves of A1 in AZO mate- rials. The relative standand deviation of the method is less than 2%. The results show good consistency with the results determined by ICP- AES method.
